A Simple, Durable Palette of Colors and Materials Provides a Light, Contemporary Atmosphere for Investment Bank

Needham & Company, an investment bank and asset management firm specializing in advisory services for growth companies, partnered with Janko Rasic Architects to plan and design its New York City headquarters. Janko Rasic Architects also assisted Needham during its space search evaluating alternates sites. A simple, durable palette of colors and materials – glass, steel, light wood, blue area rugs, marble, and porcelain tile – provide a light, contemporary atmosphere. The new office has a conference center directly off of the reception area consisting of a boardroom and series of meeting rooms of various sizes. The floor is dividing into banking, asset management, administration, research and trading. A folding glass wall between the trading floor and a small auditorium can be opened during firmwide meetings.
