Janko Rasic Architects is currently working with the office of Ana Maria Vieira Santos arquitetura . arquitetura de interiores . decoração on the renovation and redocoration of a private residence at newly constructed luxury condomunium 15 Central Park West overlooking Manhattan’s Central Park. Janko Rasic Architects, PLLC will serve as architect of record while Ana Maria Vieira Santos will be the design architect on the project. Janko Rasic Architects has a history of collaborating with international designers such as Lady Henrietta Spencer-Churchill and Pierre Cardin.

68O Madison Avenue, the Helmsley Carlton House, was recently sold by by the estate of the late Leona Helmsley. For years, the restaurant Maxim’s New York owned by designer Pierre Cardin occuppied three levels on the building.
