New Build-To-Suit Workspaces In Art Deco Gem

As building architect at 29 Broadway, Janko Rasic Architects recently completed build-to-suit offices for broker/dealer Empire Asset Management Company and digital design firm BlueSwitch. Owner and asset manager, Jeffries Morris, Inc. retained Janko Rasic Architects as building architect after the architects successfully completed a project for Bangkok Bank, another prominent tenant in the building.  Working with Jeffries Morris, Inc.; Janko Rasic Architects has also renovated offices for Voigt Maritime Inc. and Geoffrey Weill Associates, Inc.. Art Deco 29 Broadway was completed in 1931 and originally designed by Sloan & Robertson Architects.

Janko Rasic Architects is accustomed to working in historic buildings of this period having served as building architect at 28 West 44th Street (1920), 111 West 57th Street (1925) and 711 Fifth Avenue (1927), and 745 Fifth Avenue (1930).
