In 2001, Transwestern and GVA Williams hired Janko Rasic Architects to reposition the building. As part of a multi-million dollar program, Janko Rasic Architects designed pre-built and build-to-suit offices; as well as, upgrading public corridors and restrooms. Janko Rasic Architects renovated over 100,000 sf including the offices of law firm Lustig & Brown, executive training firm Exec/Comm and custom clothing manufacturer Tom James Company. As a result, Transwestern attracted 12 bidders during the sale of the property in 2005.
