As building architect at 29 Broadway, Janko Rasic Architects has designed  build-to-suit offices for broker/dealer Empire Asset Management Company, non-profit Cancer Research Institute, law firm  Garson & Jacob and digital design firm BlueSwitch. Owner and asset manager, Jeffries Morris, Inc. retained Janko Rasic Architects as building architect after the architects successfully completed a project for Bangkok Bank, another prominent tenant in the building.  Working with Jeffries Morris, Inc.; Janko Rasic Architects has also renovated offices for Thomas Arts, Domingo Gonzalez Associates, DotMed, Voigt Maritime Inc. and Geoffrey Weill Associates, Inc.
