The 1920’s Beaux-Arts lobby with its original Corinthian colonnade was removed during a “modernization” in the 1950’s. Janko Rasic Architects design reestablished the classical spirit of the lobby and the building. The long lobby is broken into bays defined by an engaged colonnade. Brass-framed display cases were introduced. Janko Rasic Architects renovated 12 floors of the building including the offices of Allen & Company, Columbia Pictures, and Tristar Pictures.

Janko Rasic Architects currently serves as the Building Architect.
