Together with Cushman & Wakefield, Janko Rasic was hired by the piano manufacturer, Steinway & Sons, to  reposition and upgrade this office building which also housed the historic Steinway Hall and showrooms.  Janko Rasic Architects prepared test fit layouts for prospective tenants, performed plan review, redesigned public areas, and designed tenant spaces such as the administrative offices of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in New York.
